SALES & REFUNDS POLICY

If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card payment is received, we will proceed to the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your purchase will be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at the Kong-dom.com, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please take a picture of the damaged product then send it back to info@kong-dom.com. We will deliver the same product or equivalent price’s product subjected to the stock situation. Of course, you can request for a sales refund. In this case, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and no processing charge will be imposed.

Please note that the Kong-dom.com does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact us through (852) 60725468 or (852) 97734244 or by email to info@kong-dom.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. Proof of Purchase

The Kong-dom.com will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you a receipt when your order is shipped.

Shipping Options

The Kong-dom.com provides three convenient shipping options to ship our products to Hong Kong customers.

Hong Kong Local packet
This option is available for all orders without additional charge. Products shipped via local mail packet are normally delivered two to five business days after shipment.

Hong Kong Local Registration packet
This option is available for all orders with additional charge HK$ 15. Product shipped via local registration packet is normally delivered two to five business days after shipment.

Hong Kong Local Courier Post
This option is available for all orders with additional charge HK$ 25. Product shipped via local courier post is normally delivered one to two business days after shipment.

Also we provide three convenient shipping options to ship our products to customers outside Hong Kong.

Air packet
This option is available for all orders with additional delivery charge. Products shipped via air mail packet are normally delivered in three to fourteen business days after shipment.

Air Registration packet
This option is available for all orders with additional delivery charge. Product shipped via air registration packet is normally delivered in three to fourteen business days after shipment.

Speed Post (EMS)
This option is available for all orders with additional delivery charge. Product shipped via air registration packet is normally delivered in two to three business days after shipment.

Shipping Details

The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

Customs and Tax

When ordering from the Kong-dom.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to the Kong-dom.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the package is kept or confiscated by custom, the Kong-dom.com will not be responsible for any lost, including but not limited to the postage and the item cost.

Prices

The Kong-dom.com endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. The Kong-dom.com reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Kong-dom.com at any time.

Product Availability

The Kong-dom.com makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not including weekend and Hong Kong public holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, the Kong-dom.com will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
